Oooohhh, look how long it's been since I last posted. I've been so busy lately with our show, "A Slice of Saturday Night", which anyone on the Isle of Wight has to come and see. It was the first performance tonight and it went really well. In case anyone wants to know, I'm the lighting director so I'm not actually on stage. Back stage is more my thing. What else has been happening then? Well, I got my 'A' level results (A,A,B plus A in A/S Geography) and I'M GOING TO OXFORD UNI!!!! Hee, hee, hee!!! In case you can't tell, I'm really happy about that! I'm going to be going to Lincoln College to study classical Archaeology and Ancient History.

Work today was really boring. It was so quiet that we closed 15 minutes early. That's all I have to say about it. Hmmm..... My random mood has dissipated some what. I think I used up all my randomness at Perkin Warbeck. I wish I could say something profound, funny or interesting but I can't. Not at the moment anyway. That's one reason why I've filled up my blog with loads of quizes (that and the fact that they make it look pretty!!) and the pointless rambling I'm typing now. I dread to think how dull I must seem (or, perhaps, be...). Rachel's going camping tonight, which means I'll get my room to myself... cool. Well, that’s about it for now…, except that everyone should visit this site, if they haven’t done so already.

Visionary, revolutionary, vigilante - these descriptions all fit you well. You are thoroughly disgusted with society and humanity as a whole, and you have several rather diabolical plans to reshape it to fit your designs. You're probably a loner, and most people think you're crazy. That's just because they don't understand, though, and you'll show them someday anyway. Heh heh heh. You are known to become very passionate about many causes, have torrid love affairs, and be seen as a either a demagogue or a hero to the proletariat masses.

I took my driving theory test today- I got 100%. Yipee!! I also went to see the play that my rother was in at school this evening- it was excellent. The acting was very good, especially Mary. Robert was very good too.

So, then- Italy. Well, I managed to spend ten days in Italy, where it was sunny every day and the temperature was over 30oc and still not get any form of a sun tan- quite an achievement I think you’ll agree. But that doesn’t matter because the trip was brilliant. For those who don’t know, I went with Jen, Kate and Sarah. We spent most of our time in Rome- went to the Vatican, the Colosseum (watch out for the lecherous centurions who hang around outside it), Nero’s Golden House, the Trevi Fountain, lots of churches and loads more. We did lots of walking, and, as a result of this trip, I would thoroughly recommend buying a pair of very comfortable and properly fitting sandals if you intend to spend a week walking around a boiling hot city, because giant blisters are not fun- I speak from experience. This probably wasn’t helped by the fact that, coming out of the Vatican museum, Jen, Kate and I took a wrong turn and ended up walking around the entire Vatican State, at midday (well, you know what Noel Coward said- only mad dogs and English men…!!), but it does mean that we can now truthfully say we have walked around an entire country. We also climbed to the top of the dome of St Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican (though not on the same day I hasten to add- we weren’t that mad!)- over 550 steps up (there would only have been 320 if we had taken the lift but we were too tight to pay the extra euro for it), and then of course all the way back down again. It was worth it though- the views over Rome were amazing. Inside the Basilica itself was breathtaking.
What else did we do? We spent a couple of days up in the mountains where it was a bit cooler. We spent ages walking to find the nearest shop to buy some food for a picnic lunch only to find we’d gone the wrong way. Once we had bought our lunch we ate it sitting on a bench that had the most wonderful view of the road, a wall and a bin. Stunning, I can tell you (!). We were going to go to the beach as well, but after spending a day travelling to get there we found out that the hostel was closed, so we travelled all the way back to Rome again.

You are 50% evil! [?]
You? Evil? Half way there! You're 50%, meaning you can't always be trusted...well, half of the time! You're the perfect balance between good and evil, but being that much evil isn't always good...
Hmmm..., half and half- before I only got 30 %. obviously our rehearsal this evening has increased my evilness...

You are the Dragon. In medieval Europe, dragons were considered mostly evil and a generally bad omen. Christianity linked the dragon with Satan because of the dragon's snake-like apperance. However, to the Orient cultures the dragon was a symbol of wisdom and royalty. It was a benign animal and the fifth creature of the Chinese zodiac. It resided over the east and the sunsrise. It was also said to bring rain and the springtime. The dragon is interesting because it combines all four elements: air, earth, fire, and water. It could fly, had the horns of a ox, breathed fire, and resided over the moon.

Well, today was my last A level exam so I've finished school forever, which is really weird... the exam went OK, though it wasn't the best- I ran out of time, but never mind... can't do anything about it now.
I went to see Spider man again yesterday- it's a really good film and everyone should go and see it (it's better than Star Wars). I hope everyone saw the trailer for the next Harry Potter film on Newsround yesterday (the full-length trailer rather than the teaser trailer). It looks really good. Anyone who hasn't read the books or seen the first film should definitely do so- they're just really excellent (I'm sad, I know...!!!). Another thing everyone who can should do is give blood. I did again on Wednesday. What I would say, though, is don't listen to anyone who says it doesn't hurt, because it really does!!! Well, it's not that bad really but it still hurts. You get a free drink (non-alchoholic), biscuits and a sticker afterwards, though!
